Most macramé projects don’t need much clean up – wall hangings, key chains, plant hangers, etc.
However, projects using vertical clove hitch knots, especially with multiple colors will have a lot of loose ends on the back.
There was a recent post with a heart pattern using VCHK. This post will cover how to tidy up the ends.
To be honest, if your project is framed or hanging against a wall, you don’t HAVE to clean up the back. But these methods are useful to know if you ever start weaving or focus in on VCHK projects.
